Key Responsibilities

  • •Own key financial inputs for the Strategic Plan, Profit Plan, and Rolling Forecast for commercial activities.
  • •Lead monthly closing and forecast for sales and margin, ensuring accurate reporting and clear variance explanations (volume, price, mix).
  • •Analyze sales and gross margin performance to identify key drivers across products, customers, and product lines.
  • •Provide profitability analysis (product, customer, channel) and drive portfolio optimization initiatives (“fix the tail”).
  • •Act as the main interface between plants and HQ for commercial finance topics, supporting alignment and consistent communication; monitor past-due AR to improve working capital.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • •Minimum 2–5 years of finance experience, preferably in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
  • •Experience in large multi-national manufacturing organizations with complex matrix structures or structured consulting environments.
  • •Strong financial analysis skills across P&L, variance, pricing, and profitability.
  • •Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; ERP/planning tools experience (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus.
