Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a prominent role model for BambooHR’s values, championing a culture of trust, accountability, and data-driven decision making.
  • •Collaborate with strategic cross-functional partners to define and prioritize technical strategy, investments, and tradeoffs that advance the company mission.
  • •Own and clearly communicate the product and technology risk profile, including architecture, technical debt, scalability, execution, talent, and security risks, to the executive leadership team and Board.
  • •Communicate clearly and effectively with the Board, executive team, and company-wide audiences, adapting message and format to context.
  • •Integrate the product roadmap, architectural strategy, and organizational health into a single, cohesive execution plan.

Key Requirements

  • •Senior executive experience owning technology strategy, delivery, talent, risk, and financial outcomes for a large engineering organization.

  • •Experience applying AI and ML in a product development context, with sound judgment about where these technologies create value.
  • •Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear narratives to align teams and drive action.
  • •Credibility with executives and Boards, including comfort communicating risk, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
