Key Responsibilities

  • •Physically deploy, mount, wire, and integrate Atlas Copco controllers, tool stands, and tooling hardware across production lines.
  • •Program and configure Atlas Copco Power Focus and MicroTorque systems to engineering specifications.
  • •Diagnose production-floor issues, troubleshoot tightening failures, and optimize tightening programs (Psets).
  • •Analyze tightening curves and graphs to diagnose torque vs. angle anomalies, cross-threading, and joint relaxation.
  • •Train manufacturing technicians and operators on proper handling and safety of smart tools while maintaining tooling health and calibration records.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48 - 57 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2–5+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or consumer electronics manufacturing with precision assembly systems.
  • •Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Atlas Copco Power Focus controllers and MicroTorque systems.
  • •Proven experience setting up workstations, routing cables, and physically deploying assembly line hardware.
  • •Strong troubleshooting skills, including analyzing a tightening trace to identify failure modes.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work in tight spaces.
