Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with the crew to complete residential solar installation projects.
  • •Review inventory at the loading dock to ensure the assigned crew truck is adequately stocked.
  • •Layout and assemble solar modules, mechanical/structural mounts, and electrical equipment in preparation for installation.
  • •Apply weather sealing and assemble racking, modules, panels, or support structures per the project plan.
  • •Ensure job site cleanliness and safety; lead safe installations, provide leadership/technical support, and participate in mandatory training.

Salary: USD 26.4 - 35.21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Previous solar installation experience; equivalent construction or military experience may be considered.
  • •Must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record (pass a driving background check).
  • •Adhere to company safety policies, including identifying and reporting safety hazards and encouraging others to work safely.
  • •Ability to build relationships and communicate tactfully, meet deadlines and key metrics, and troubleshoot problems effectively.
