Job Summary

Build and maintain analytical pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows for the Risk Intelligence Center. You’ll design Power BI reports to surface operational resilience insights, develop Power Automate/Microsoft Lists solutions to improve timeliness, apply AI automation within the Microsoft 365/Copilot environment, and analyze data for trends, anomalies, and leading indicators while supporting data quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, automate, and maintain data pipelines feeding Risk Intelligence Center analytical products, including triggered exports and refreshes from resilience systems of record.
•Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that surface criticality, dependency, and impact data for analysts and decision-makers.
•Develop automated workflows in Power Automate and intake/tracking solutions in Microsoft Lists to reduce manual effort and improve data timeliness.
•Apply AI and automation tooling within the sanctioned Microsoft 365/Copilot environment to accelerate analytical production and reporting.
•Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and leading indicators, and support data quality monitoring and remediation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
•5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or a related analytical discipline.
•Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, with demonstrated expertise in Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Lists.
•Experience designing automated workflows and AI-assisted automation within a Microsoft/Copilot environment.
•Strong data analysis and data modeling skills, comfortable with large, imperfect, multi-source datasets.
