Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage commercial and contractual performance of assigned TFM contracts, ensuring delivery stays within scope and approved budgets while driving profitability through P&L monitoring.
  • •Lead Hard and Soft FM operations execution, including SLAs/KPIs, preventive/corrective maintenance, audits/spot checks, and continuous SOP improvement to meet safety and service-quality requirements.
  • •Ensure accurate manpower alignment and staffing cost management across sites; oversee mobilization and demobilization within budget and timelines.
  • •Build and maintain client relationships through performance reviews, routine site visits, and weekly/monthly meetings; ensure services meet or exceed SLA/KPI expectations.
  • •Support bids and business growth through upselling opportunities and tender participation, integrate innovative/sustainable FM technologies, and mentor Operations Managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent Total Facilities Management related services.
  • •8-10+ years managing and delivering structured contracts, including 5 years as a Manager handling multiple contracts.
  • •Technical knowledge of FM standards, processes, and service delivery (Hard and Soft).
  • •Preferred certifications such as CFM, BICS, PMP, IOSH, NEBOSH, and membership in FM bodies (e.g., IFWM, BIFM, MEFMA).
  • •UAE driving license and strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (including MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and report writing).
