Job Summary

Lead enterprise IP/data security engineering by designing, implementing, and operating scalable security capabilities for discovery, classification, access monitoring, and protection controls across cloud, on-prem, SaaS, and third-party environments. Build data pipelines for continuous discovery and tagging, integrate with IAM/cloud and security ecosystems, and govern AI data consumption. Oversee day-to-day technical execution, mentor a team of engineers, and partner with cloud, data, AI, and legal stakeholders to safeguard proprietary assets and respond to incidents.

•Implement DSPM capabilities and ensure reliability, scalability, and integration with the broader security ecosystem.
•Build and run pipelines to identify where data resides and keep automated classification/tagging continuously updated.
•Integrate data security tools with IAM/cloud/data platforms to monitor access and detect over-permissioned access, stale entitlements, and anomalous usage.
•Lead, mentor, and grow a team while partnering with architecture, cloud, data, AI platform teams, SOC/IR, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into engineering solutions and support incident response.
