Key Responsibilities

•Select, design, and integrate industrial robots / cobots for manufacturing automation, from initial concept through full production deployment.
•Develop, optimize, and debug robot programs, including motion planning, path planning, safety configurations, and vision-based guidance.
•Specify, select, and integrate EOAT, including grippers, sensors, and custom tooling.
•Design and manage robot cell layouts, including safety enclosures, work envelopes, and necessary infrastructure.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of robotic systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
•8+ years of hands-on experience in robotics and automation within a manufacturing production environment
•Expert in programming and commissioning robots / cobots from FANUC and UR
•Significant experience in utilizing robot simulation software (e.g., RoboDK, FANUC ROBOGUIDE, UR Virtual Controller, Delmia)
•Knowledge of PLC programming (Rockwell and Siemens) and EtherNet/IP / Profinet
