Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end legal operations projects, gathering requirements, designing and improving workflows, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Translate priorities into concrete project plans, timelines, and execution steps to connect strategy with day-to-day delivery.
  • •Support AI enablement across Legal by identifying use cases, evaluating/piloting AI tools, and helping with training and adoption.
  • •Build and maintain legal metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting for workload, turnaround times, risk patterns, and operational performance.
  • •Evaluate, implement, administer, and continuously improve the legal technology stack and vendor relationships, including knowledge management, matter tracking, e-billing, spend management, document management, and contract tooling.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 6 years of experience in operations or project management, improving cross-functional systems, processes, or programs.
  • •Meaningful experience working in or closely with an in-house legal team and understanding how Legal supports the business.
  • •Builder’s mindset with comfort owning many moving pieces in a function still taking shape.
  • •Experience designing and implementing processes, systems, and programs for Legal or other G&A functions, from requirements through rollout and iteration.
  • •Comfort working with Legal and technical teams to translate business needs into practical process and system requirements, including strong interest in applying AI tools.
