Supervisor Construction, Design & Asset Management

Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers to deliver safe, compliant construction and renovation projects from planning through turnover. Establish governance across scope, cost, schedule, safety, risk, and performance, and manage portfolio reporting and recovery strategies when issues arise. Support asset management planning by assessing asset condition and recommending renewal strategies aligned with business risk and lifecycle needs, while working in a hybrid environment with frequent onsite activity.
