Key Responsibilities

  • •Run the day-to-day lifecycle for new grad and rotational cohorts, tracking progress from offer acceptance through onboarding and final placements.
  • •Coordinate cohort-building activities, technical workshops, learning sessions, and mentorship check-ins.
  • •Maintain programme dashboards, trackers, and up-to-date documentation such as guides, playbooks, FAQs, and onboarding toolkits.
  • •Own end-to-end scheduling for multi-stage interviews, assessment panels, and debrief sessions in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • •Coordinate onboarding and operations logistics (start-date scheduling, IT/equipment requests, security clearance administrative checks, welcome packs) and keep ATS records and calendars up to date.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience working with graduate schemes, apprenticeships, internships, or rotational programmes.
  • •Experience in early-careers coordination, recruitment operations, talent development, or project coordination (ideally in tech, engineering, defence, or high-growth).
