Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and maintain structural BIM models, drawings, layouts, and all required graphical deliverables for design and documentation.
  • •Prepare and coordinate structural models and drawings for reinforced concrete and steel building systems, including foundations, superstructures, and typical structural elements.
  • •Create drawings/models from engineering inputs, sketches, and comments using Revit Structure and AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.
  • •Coordinate with architecture, MEP, geotechnical, and construction teams to ensure consistent models and clash-free deliverables.
  • •Follow company and project workflows, BIM standards, and quality control procedures to meet deliverable timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Technical degree (título técnico or tecnólogo) in structural drawing, BIM modeling, or related fields.
  • •More than 4 years of professional BIM modeling experience and drawing production for building projects, focused on structural design and coordination.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks for structural modeling and interference detection.
  • •Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to self-check and ensure quality in models and drawings.
  • •Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented; able to work effectively with multidisciplinary/international teams.
