Key Responsibilities

  • •Review project requirements and draft/review/finalize procurement strategy memos.
  • •Prepare and issue RFI/RFQ/RFP documents in the client’s Project Management Information System.
  • •Follow up with vendors before RFP release, during bid periods, and after bid submission to answer questions up to award.
  • •Level and analyze bids for completeness, competitiveness, compliance, quality, cost, schedule, and ESG; prepare analysis reports and recommendations.
  • •Prepare purchase orders, master agreements, and related contract documents, and support negotiations and evaluations of contracts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS and four years of procurement experience in the corporate office interiors space (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience in construction management, architecture, or a related discipline.

  • •Strong written and oral communication, including chairing meetings with client senior management and vendors.
  • •Strong experience using PMIS platforms such as PMWeb and Ariba.
