Job Summary

Join a year-long finance internship in FP&A to work on end-to-end projects and live finance activities within a globally diverse organization. You’ll interact with senior management, gain exposure to cross-functional teams (marketing, R&D, manufacturing), receive mentorship, and develop analytical and interpersonal skills while contributing to a real delivering project.

Key Responsibilities

•Gain experience on end-to-end finance projects and live finance activities tailored to business needs
•Engage with senior management and global finance organization to develop insights and reports
•Participate in induction and mentoring programs, site visits, and cross-department exposures (marketing, R&D, Manufacturing)
•Build professional network and contribute to training sessions and team-building activities
•Deliver a defined project with a clear set of deliverables within the internship year

Key Requirements

•Completed Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with additional business qualification
•Gained already a first experience through apprenticeship, business specific preferably, international internships, or studies abroad
•Possess strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
•Have the relevant technology skills (e.g. MS-Office, BI systems, Powerpoint)
•Have a strong command of English, both written and spoken as it is our working language.
