Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the program lifecycle from planning through launch while delivering STP program business case cost and benefit commitments.
  • •Manage project plans and guide cross-functional teams from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure to deliver scope, schedule, and financial commitments.
  • •Oversee manufacturing readiness activities and coordinate operational workstreams to meet production, cost, quality, and delivery objectives, including ramp-up of production lines.
  • •Drive Industry 4.0 implementation, developing smart manufacturing processes using automation, AI/ML, IoT, and data analytics.
  • •Ensure EHS and quality compliance (including global/local regulations, quality systems, certifications, and customer requirements) while managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.

Salary: EUR 73,100 - 107,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
  • •10+ years of experience in manufacturing/operations, or a combination of Program Management with Operations or Engineering.
  • •Experience managing and leading complex, EMEA projects through the complete program cycle as a Program Manager.
  • •Strong manufacturing program management experience, including proven ability to design greenfield operations.
  • •Strong technical expertise in Industry 4.0, automation, MES, and smart factory solutions, plus project and financial acumen.
