Build and ship full product features for a mobile-first AI neobank experience, working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases. Design end-to-end customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk. Turn ambiguous product problems into reliable systems with clean UX, partner with product/design/mobile/AI teams to launch quickly, and own production monitoring and improvements after release.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
•Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC, and risk.
•Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic.
•Collaborate with product, design, mobile, backend, and AI engineers to launch quickly and improve after release.
•Build internal tools and automation to reduce manual work, and own post-release monitoring, debugging, learning, and improvements.

Key Requirements

•Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products.
•Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production debugging.
•Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue, or a similar modern stack.
•Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and reliability.
•Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows while working fast with ambiguity end-to-end.
