Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach a regional team of Safety Response Analysts to ensure high performance and consistent decision quality.
  • •Own regional operational outcomes, including utilization, SLA adherence, backlog health, and quality benchmarks.
  • •Handle and oversee the most complex and high-risk safety cases as first-line escalation/incident lead.
  • •Contribute directly to frontline work (20–30%) including investigations, enforcement decisions, and regulatory or legal escalations.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to execute safety outcomes, drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and translate emerging trends into recommendations.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud, Annotation, or platform integrity.
  • •4+ years of direct people leadership or senior-level operational ownership, including coaching and setting direction.
  • •Applied AI tools and automation to improve operational workflows, with strong judgment about where human review is essential.
  • •Deep familiarity with trust and safety operations across risk areas such as content moderation, user safety, fraud, or developer risk frameworks.
  • •Strong ability to make decisions in ambiguous, high-risk environments and communicate them clearly to policy, legal, and product stakeholders.
