  • •Architect scalable, high-performance compensation models with strong data hygiene and maintainability.
  • •Serve as the senior technical escalation point; diagnose issues, resolve root causes, and strengthen reusable modeling patterns.
  • •Advise customers and internal teams as the technical SME across finance and go-to-market stakeholders, communicating clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years designing and modeling complex incentive compensation plans in an ICM/SPM platform.
  • •Expert-level Excel modeling for large, complex datasets, with strong intuition for data structures, calculations, and model hygiene.
  • •Proven experience leading SaaS implementations in a Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.
  • •Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and advising customers through technical and business tradeoffs.
  • •Deep understanding of implementation best practices, solution architecture, and the full project lifecycle.
