Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct end-to-end RF site hardware development programs from concept to global deployment, including factory release.
  • •Manage program governance: executive program reviews, senior-leader reporting, and coordination of cross-functional deliverables across global engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • •Implement scope and change control processes to navigate shifting priorities with minimal supervision.
  • •Partner with engineering and system architects to align technical roadmaps and architectural dependencies.
  • •Use program management tools (schedule, critical path, budget, risk assessment) to assess technical risks and resolve issues across supply chain, customers, or quality for active products.
