Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards for testing platforms, libraries, and utilities.
  • •Build and maintain automated test pipelines and integrate quality gates into CI/CD workflows.
  • •Maintain regression suites to catch breakages as frameworks evolve.
  • •Develop test fixtures, mocks, and simulators for testing code in isolation.
  • •Track quality metrics and generate summary reports; collaborate with teams across ITPE (NPI, MP, data intelligence, R&D).

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • •At least 8 years of proven experience in software QA/SDET roles.
  • •Strong C# programming skills.
  • •Deep experience with test automation frameworks (unit test, mock, etc.).
  • •Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates; familiarity with QA methodologies and release workflows.
