Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with management and SMEs to translate business outcomes into learning objectives.
  • •Determine learning methodologies and deliver functional training solutions and learning programs.
  • •Design, develop, facilitate, and deliver new hire and existing system/new system roll-out training for asset servicing/custody servicing.
  • •Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements; maintain training program/tool inventories and schedules.
  • •Act as a key subject matter expert, represent the COO Training team in meetings, and mentor more junior staff.

Key Requirements

  • •3 to 5 years of capital markets operations experience, preferably in custody servicing or a similar role.
  • •Three to five years of training consulting experience (for the training-professional profile).
  • •Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff.
  • •Self-starter and team player with strong attention to detail.
  • •Willingness and ability to give and receive candid/feedback; willingness to consult with SMEs and translate knowledge into step-by-step exceptions management.
