Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Finance Central Business Partnering and controlling activities, reporting into the Finance Director and leading a team of 2 professionals.
  • •Own core financial planning and performance management processes, including Actuals, Monthly Performance Reviews (MPRs), Budget, Revised Estimates, and the 3-Year Strategic Plan.
  • •Prepare and present planning submissions and drive Monthly Performance Reviews with variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • •Coordinate planning and reporting between local functions and Regional Finance, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • •Drive brand profitability and investment effectiveness, including financial evaluation and monitoring of brand and trade marketing investments, plus governance of SG&A/OCM/overheads and Capex planning.

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • •7–10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering in an international environment.
  • •Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, including Budget, Forecast, Actuals, and Strategic Planning processes.
  • •Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent communication and presentation.
  • •Ability to lead, develop, and coach a team with a high-performance mindset.
