Key Responsibilities

  • •Impact store performance by helping meet sales goals and supporting leadership in daily operations.
  • •Lead customers through the sales process with an authentic, product-knowledgeable experience and clear communication of ALO’s brand values.
  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by implementing ALO Flow initiatives while maintaining productivity and store efficiency.
  • •Maintain engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment for guests.
  • •Support in-store operations, including shipment processing, visual merchandising, replenishment, and adherence to company policies.
