•Gather software reliability and availability requirements from users and across teams
•Collect requirements from users and Esri staff in Support and Professional Services
•Collaborate and influence decisions within and across teams because reliability features cut across functionalities
•Create test plans, automate tests, evaluate results, and ensure defects are acted upon to guarantee software quality
•Communicate effectively with users through written documentation and presentations

Key Requirements

•2-6 years in a position with operational responsibilities, such as monitoring, maintaining, and deploying enterprise software
•Experience in software testing
•Fundamental understanding of web services, such as REST
•Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a complex backend-server stack
•Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and applications, math, GIS, geography, or related field
•Existing work authorization for India
