  • •Lead overall development strategy and business plan for a large-scale mixed-use precinct.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of development experience.
  • •At least 3 years leading major integrated mixed-use developments.
  • •Proven experience in development strategy, feasibility, investment planning, precinct delivery, and leading multidisciplinary consultant/project teams.
