Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain functional, reliability, and sparing models.
  • •Provide SME advice on ILS artefacts.
  • •Prepare and maintain project ILS plans, technical data/documentation, technical data lists, and maintenance support plans and procedures.
  • •Contribute to the development and maintenance of asset management policy/framework and asset management plans.
  • •Conduct ILS activities to ensure maintenance planning, training requirements, and support documentation are followed and remain compliant; contribute to methodology, processes, and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience in the content and usage of Defence maritime sustainment artefacts.
  • •Knowledge of ISO55000/55001 series standards (desirable).
  • •Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline and professional development sufficient to attain CPEng with Engineers Australia in a relevant engineering stream.
  • •Good interpersonal skills working with Defence, CASG and other MV Enterprise contractors, including effective representation of engineering services to internal and external customers.
  • •Eligibility to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security clearance as needed; previous exposure to Defence projects and Defence Logistics Toolset exposure are desirable.
