Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, test, and implement automated assembly solutions as part of the R&D process team.
  • •Design and optimize automatic assembly lines for high-precision CT detector modules.
  • •Support integration and fine-tuning of die attach systems and epoxy/solder dispensing processes in R&D lab and pilot lines.
  • •Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturing) insights during design reviews to ensure assemblies are optimized.
  • •Benchmark and validate manufacturing technologies by executing DOEs and documenting process characterization for regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Sc. in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or B.Sc. in Physics (MSc advantageous).
  • •7+ years of experience in process development for detectors assembly.
  • •Experience working with automatic assembly systems.
  • •Practical experience with die attach and epoxy/adhesive dispensing.
  • •Strong understanding of DFM/DFA principles, with fluent written and verbal English.
