Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of project management for commercial real estate projects, from initiation through completion, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, work plans and schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, review completed work, and confirm work proceeds according to approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review contractor direct cost requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, change orders, and developer job cost reporting; opine on contingency adequacy.
  • •Review construction agreements and related documentation, including blueprints/specifications for compliance, zoning approvals, permits, utility approvals, soil/foundation reports, lien waivers, and ADA/code compliance certifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred; 5–8 years of relevant experience (degree waiver considered).
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Kahua, MS Project, or similar software (Smartsheet a plus).
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to read architectural drawings and understand leases, contracts, and construction practices; advanced math skills.
