Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate offset, letterset, and screen printing machines including aligning and configuring machinery.
  • •Review client requests to understand job scope and parameters, and determine quantities required.
  • •Match colors for each print job per the job request and evaluate print quality from random production samples.
  • •Maintain inventory of supplies, keep the production area clean, and perform routine maintenance on printing machines.
  • •Troubleshoot printing machine issues, make basic repairs, and draft/submit daily production totals reports.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent is required, or relative experience in a print shop environment.
  • •Vocational/technical school training preferred (on-the-job training is provided).

  • •Ability to operate and quickly learn to operate various printing machines and related software.
  • •Physically able to operate printing machines, including bending/kneeling frequently and lifting 25 up to pounds at a time.
