Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the site Materials Review Board (MRB) process, including data collection and accurate entry.
  • •Embed within manufacturing to resolve, contain, and improve nonconforming materials.
  • •Lead containment execution for nonconforming items and inspect to verify nonconforming parts.
  • •Support root cause analysis and internal triage with engineering teams to complete investigations and dispositions timely.
  • •Create inspection plans (incoming, in-process, end of line), train technicians/inspectors, and track/report MRB metrics weekly.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in manufacturing and/or a quality/engineering related role.
  • •Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting HW development and quality management.
  • •Proficiency with CAD software and inspection data management software.
  • •Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.
