Job Summary

Own North American cash positioning and short-term investments for Adobe’s Treasury Operations team. Lead treasury process transformation, automated execution, cash forecasting, and oversight of wires, ACH, and cross-border payments with strong controls. Drive cash reconciliations and treasury accounting for month-end close, and partner with Treasury, Accounting, Tax, banking partners, and auditors to support global liquidity and compliance. Use TMS/ERP systems to improve efficiency and control.

Key Responsibilities

•Own North American cash positioning and short-term investments; support regional treasury leads on global liquidity initiatives.
•Lead treasury process transformation by identifying manual/inefficient workflows and designing automated solutions in TMS/ERP systems.
•Manage and enhance cash forecasting, providing insights into cash flow trends and liquidity needs.
•Execute and oversee same-day wires, ACH, and cross-border payments with proper controls and timely settlement.
•Drive cash reconciliations, month-end close activities, treasury-related accounting entries, and support audits and regulatory reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,900 - 199,050 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•7+ years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury.
•Proven experience leading process re-engineering or automation projects in a treasury or finance function.
•Strong knowledge of cash management, intercompany funding and dividends, foreign exchange operations, and treasury accounting.
•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Kyriba and SAP preferred.
