Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the sales process and back-office activities, acting as the communication conduit between customers, sales, and the factory.
  • •Handle order types/invoice points, JIRA requests, and daily/weekly pegging/invoicing; expedite and manage change requests.
  • •Manage demand RTF/PRF activities with the customer.
  • •Design and execute analytics for sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
  • •Improve business intelligence and reporting by building datasets, enhancing data quality/governance, and delivering insights and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer foundry operations and industry best practices.
  • •Familiarity with ERP systems used in semiconductor manufacturing (e.g., SAP ECC or S/4 HANA).
  • •Hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (Order management) or a Certification in SAP S/4 HANA (SD).
  • •Advanced working knowledge of Excel.
  • •Preferred: experience with Foundry and understanding of supply management and demand forecasting/operations.
