Key Requirements

  • •Hold an active U.S. license as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC/AANPCB/PNCB/AACN) or Physician Assistant (NCCPA) and be board-certified by the appropriate board.
  • •Provide advanced practice provider care in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, general practice, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or geriatric medicine specialties.
