Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers, balancing workload across projects.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of schematics, mechanical layouts, and complete EBOM packages, and drive on-time IFC release aligned with milestones.
  • •Monitor engineering KPIs including quality, rework, and productivity.
  • •Ensure compliance with IEC standards and internal guidelines; establish design rules to minimize errors and late changes.
  • •Manage engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) to control updates to drawings, BOMs, and documentation, minimizing production and schedule impact.

Salary: EUR 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
  • •5+ years in LV switchgear design engineering within a project-based or industrial manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
  • •Strong understanding of LVSA architecture, system design, and manufacturing constraints.
  • •Knowledge of IEC 61439 standards and project execution processes; familiarity with EPLAN Electric P8 is an advantage.
