Waiter (QA)

Provide excellent customer service to restaurant guests by greeting them, presenting menus, and taking accurate food and beverage orders. Enter orders into the point-of-sale system and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver meals promptly. Serve and monitor guests throughout their dining experience, handle payments, address concerns, and maintain cleanliness while following health and safety and sanitation practices.
