Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy for the subregion (Mexico, Caribbean, Central America).
•Adapt regional campaigns to local markets (messages, creative, digital assets) to maximize relevance and impact.
•Support sales teams and local partners with customized campaigns and programs.
•Coordinate regional events, webinars, and marketing programs across the subregion.
•Ensure brand consistency and lead generation across the region while collaborating with regional marketing, sales, and partner teams.

Key Requirements

•Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in professional services, insurance or consulting
•Ability to develop and execute regional campaigns with local adaptation (messages, creative, digital assets)
•Experience in demand generation, branding and digital marketing
•Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and operate in multicultural environments
•Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and measure results
