Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Program Manager on a capital improvement program delivering water and sewer facilities projects.
  • •Lead delivery of multiple projects across programming, design, construction, and closeout phases.
  • •Develop and maintain project management plans including program controls, risk management, safety management, quality control, and environmental compliance.
  • •Provide independent review of project progress and monthly executive-level briefings; perform schedule review and analysis.
  • •Support and empower staff and direct reports, manage delivery team performance, and develop client and stakeholder relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or similar).
  • •Licensed as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist in Illinois (or readily obtainable).
  • •15 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience in planning, design, and construction management of civil engineering projects involving water and sewer infrastructure.
  • •Experience managing megaproject(s) (projects over $500M).
  • •Proven experience managing the work of a large group of subordinate consultant personnel.
