Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and work closely with Underwriters to review and analyze risks while building your underwriting capability.
  • •Handle end-to-end bond administration for basic to moderately complex business, including new bond rate/quote requests and new bond entries.
  • •Respond to basic agent/broker servicing requests and ensure service expectations are met within your influence; escalate issues as needed.
  • •Act as the primary UW Team contact for billing questions and disputes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • •Maintain quality bond notes and complete file documentation, and understand external-facing self-service capabilities (ZSE).

Salary: USD 23.8 - 38.94 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with no prior experience in administrative, customer service, financial services, risk management, or insurance (or meet the alternative education/experience paths stated).
  • •Knowledge of data collection and analysis.
  • •Microsoft Office experience.
  • •Insurance industry knowledge.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer and coworker relationship-building and active listening.
