Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure plant assets are properly managed and safeguarded.
  • •Staff, develop, coach the production management team, and address performance with corrective actions.
  • •Develop/approve master production and shipping schedules and coordinate production between shifts and functions.
  • •Establish quality standards, initiate/manage quality improvement initiatives, and ensure appropriate production data entry.
  • •Monitor plant output, yields, scrap, expenses, P&L and documents, and initiate corrective actions; manage Maintenance Department and oversee safety/compliance activities.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience as a production manager or equivalent.

  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Epicor.
  • •Forklift operator certification is required.
  • •Working knowledge of shipping truck capacities.
