Job Summary

Manager, Tax Accounting and Reporting responsible for preparing interim and annual tax provisions and footnote disclosures for SEC reporting, coordinating global tax provision processes, and supporting federal tax filings. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in Gurgaon office) with collaboration across Tax, Controllership, Treasury, FP&A and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare and review corporate income tax provision calculations (ASC 740) and related disclosures for Forms 10-Q/10-K.
•Coordinate and review global tax provision processes, including regional submissions and consolidation using OneSource Tax Provision.
•Perform monthly/quarterly tax account reconciliations and ensure accurate tax balances in financial statements.
•Maintain and expand tax processes, documentation and internal controls (SOX), collaborating with Tax, Controllership, Treasury, FP&A and other teams.
•Research and analyze tax technical issues, stay current with trends, and identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred; MST/MSA or MBA helpful
•Large corporate experience and/or Big 4 background with emphasis in tax provision and reporting
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to manipulate large datasets for analysis
•Proficiency in MS Excel and data analytics tools (Power Platform, Alteryx); familiarity with tax provision software (OneSource Tax Provision a plus)
•Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work both independently and in teams
