Key Responsibilities

•Embed with a marketing team to understand workflows and identify opportunities for AI-powered tools
•Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback to improve how teams work
•Share what you build and integrate others’ work to scale successful ideas across GMI
•Help establish playbooks and patterns that scale good ideas across the organization
•Collaborate across the AISI team to improve tools and measure impact on workflows

Key Requirements

•5+ years of technical experience
•2+ years building and deploying AI applications
•Expertise in AI development platforms and tooling (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, agent frameworks, API integrations, Azure, AWS)
•Expertise in Python, SQL, and at least one other common language
•Hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, automations, or agentic systems that change how real work gets done
