Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using the C.H.A.R.M service model.
  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating Crocs core values.
  • •Assist store departments including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives using effective selling strategies.
  • •Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives; follow policies including asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.

Salary: USD 14 - 16.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •Team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise, place and arrange items on shelves and racks, and perform related physical tasks.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and be on your feet for at least 8 hours per shift.
