Build and ship production-grade AI agents for Sierra’s Financial Services customers, owning the Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot to continuous iteration. Partner with enterprises and startups to solve real business challenges, and help evolve the core platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new agent tools and features. Work on initiatives like insurance claim workflows, agent frameworks, and large-scale voice-model integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are performant, reliable, and intuitive.
•Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration.
•Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments and help define ADLC best practices.
•Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and deploy agent solutions.
•Collaborate with research, product, and platform to prototype tools and features and shape the future of AI agent development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 390,000 annually
