Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Wilmington Downtown

Provide in-person and phone client service while developing and expanding new and existing client relationships. Offer deposit, credit, and other financial products through consultative conversations, supporting individual and branch sales targets. Support team sales processes by addressing or referring more complex client needs. Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed, advise on consumer lending, and take loan applications while adhering to internal controls and risk policies.
