  • •Own adoption, customer health, and gross retention outcomes across the customer base while partnering with AEs on enterprise renewal.
  • •Operate and improve the post-sales system (segmentation, health scoring, lifecycle playbooks) so QBRs reflect real data and outcomes.
  • •Act as the senior escalation point for at-risk accounts by running deep dives, building save plans, and seeing them through.
  • •Improve retention execution efficiency through automation, playbooks, one-to-many programs, and reporting retention/adoption/team health with strong metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years directly managing post-sales teams (TAM, Solution Engineering, or related), including hiring, developing, and performance-managing ICs.
  • •6+ years in pre- or post-sales roles (TAM, Solutions, or Services) in B2B SaaS.
  • •Owned GRR/NRR or adoption targets and can explain the numbers, misses, and changes made.
  • •Background in security, developer tools, or an adjacent technical product with knowledge of how the SDLC works.
  • •Experience as the escalation owner on at-risk enterprise accounts and ability to build and see through save plans.
