Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Senior Architect/Designer on a portfolio of data centre and related projects.
  • •Coordinate design across multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering teams to deliver integrated outputs.
  • •Ensure governance is followed at bid stage and throughout project delivery, including CDM Safety in Design principles.
  • •Organise own and others’ work to meet demanding deadlines; ensure accuracy and multi-disciplinary coordination of design documentation.
  • •Present to clients and prospective clients; manage design support interfaces with site teams when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist (Chartered or equivalent) with proven experience on large multi-disciplinary design projects, preferably data centres.
  • •Strong technical design capability with a CSA bias, including design management, digital technologies, and design workflow.
  • •Proficiency in CAD, with hands-on current working knowledge of Revit and use of 3D modelling for workflow.
  • •Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Forma ACC, ProjectWise, and Autodesk Docs.
  • •Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, and be English language proficient for communication in speech, drawings, and reports.
