Job Summary

Support Columbia’s Global Benefits & HR Compliance team by administering leave of absence programs, including ADA accommodations, and helping deliver a positive employee experience. Coordinate employee cases with the Leave and ADA program owner, assist with wellbeing and benefit administration, and partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors. Contribute to key projects like vendor evaluations, RFPs, annual enrollment planning, and process improvements.
