Job Summary

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and Security as a subject matter expert for the HRIS team. Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensure data integrity, and document HR process configurations. Lead intake, scoping, and delivery of Workday enhancements through JIRA, including testing, release support, regression and pre-launch sign-off, while maintaining compliance with legal, security, and data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Workday Core HCM and Security subject matter expert, leading design, configuration, and testing of Core HCM processes and Workday Security.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver scalable outcomes while ensuring downstream consistency and data integrity.
•Manage intake, scoping, and sizing of stakeholder-requested Workday enhancements through JIRA and ensure successful execution of approved changes.
•Evaluate out-of-the-box Workday functionality against business requirements and recommend optimal solutions.
•Analyze and test new Workday features, support release planning, and own unit, regression, pre-launch testing, and sign-off; maintain HR process documentation and compliance with legal, security, and data governance standards.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 140,500 - 193,000

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience as a Workday functional expert in Core HCM and Security (required).
•Hands-on experience with Workday Advanced Compensation (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree preferred in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
•Demonstrate strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
•Ability to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and analyze complex challenges to drive sound solutions.
