Commercial Manager - Healthcare Construction

Own cost and contract management for healthcare construction projects from award through final account and close out. Lead central programme commercial responsibilities for large hospital schemes, including cost control and forecasting, change-control assurance, close-out settlement planning, and threat/opportunity risk management. Validate NEC4 ECC KPI and incentive governance, challenge monthly submissions, and provide clean project datasets to the data team while managing stakeholders across trusts, Tier 1 contractors, and suppliers.
