Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee contract activity from execution through completion and demobilization of service, supply, and construction contracts.
  • •Lead and refine pre-award contracts formation processes and procedures in coordination with Projects and Contract Management.
  • •Manage contract administration, including guidance on dispute management, invoice management, payment claims, negotiation of change orders, back charges, and non-conforming work.
  • •Review, interpret, and analyze contract documents to support enforcement of contracted terms and ensure compliance with payment certificates.
  • •Perform close-out activities, support warranty management, manage contractual records for audit standards, and collaborate with Accounts Payable on invoicing discrepancies and holdbacks.

Key Requirements
